CHALLENGE
HSBC has a goal to be a net carbon business by 2030. As part of this mission the bank’s credit cards are now made from recycled plastic. Our task was to tell HSBC’s Singaporean customers that their card is going green.
SOLUTION
Research showed that Singaporeans increasingly want to live and buy with a better conscience, so the campaign was designed to show the power and impact of recycling. How something quite simple and everyday like a water bottle can be reborn again as a credit card reducing CO2 emissions and waste.
IMPACT
Post campaign survey revealed that 87% of HSBC customers were aware that the bank’s cards are now made from recycled plastics.
